"GANA Y GANA WITH BOKADOS AND WIN"
GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NOTICE: NONCOMPLIANCE WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.

1. No Purchase Necessary.
No purchase is necessary to participate in the Giveaway Gana y Gana. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor.
The sponsor of the Giveaway Gana y Gana is Interex Corp., 222 W. Las Colinas Blvd., Suite 1730, Irving, Texas 75039 (the "Sponsor").

3. Eligibility.
The Giveaway is open to those individuals who have a valid driver's license issued by a state or territory of the United States, are eighteen (18) years of age or older and are legal United States residents. Employees of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, including their immediate family members and members of their immediate households, are ineligible to participate in or win the Giveaway Gana y Gana.

4. Promotion.
Participants will be able to guess the number of "Bokados" one (1),
three (3) and four (4) ounce and forty-five (45) and fifty-five (55) gram peanut packaged products placed in the Container. A representative of Sponsor and a Store manager sponsor selected by Sponsor will jointly count the number of "Bokados" one (1), three (3) and four (4) ounce and forty-five (45) and fifty-five (55) gram peanut packaged products placed in the Container register the number of such products before a notary public of the State of Texas.

5. The Prize.
The prize will be one (1) Video game (two hundred dollars market value) Or
(1) Bicycle (Sixty hundred dollars value market) . Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The Grand Prize is subject to change based on availability.

6. How to Enter.
In general The Giveaway Gana y Gana promotion begins at August 23, 2010 to 21 March 21 2011 The participating stores will fix a date, and all entries must be received no later than tree weeks later the participating store on next three week (the "participating Period"). Eligible participants can register during the Promotion Participating period by filling out an entry form found at participating retail locations. The winner will be selected on next three weeks at the date selected at the participating Store by a representative of Sponsor and a store manager by Sponsor at the end of the Participating Period. The winner will be the entrant who guesses the exact number of "Bokados snacks" one (1), three (3) and four (4) ounce and forty-five (45) and fifty-five (55) gram peanut packaged products placed in the prize vehicle. If more than one (1) person guesses the exact number, then Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from such persons to select the winner of the Giveaway. If no person guesses the exact number, the Sponsor will identify those entrants with the closest guesses and then Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from such persons to select the winner of the Giveaway prize.

7. Limitations on Entries
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for postage or mailing errors, computer system or phone line errors, software or hardware malfunctions, or other efforts, failures or delays in transmissions. Unless otherwise stated, entry forms that are duplicated, electronically transmitted, faxed-in or otherwise mechanically reproduced will not be accepted. Only one (1) entry per person will be permitted.

8. Prize Restrictions

(a) Taxes and Costs. The payment of all federal, state and local taxes, including all sales and transfer taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

(b) Required Documentation. The winner must provide the Sponsor with two (2) forms of proper identification, including a valid driver's license issued by a state or territory of the United States, a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number. The winner must be a legal resident of the United States.

(c) Non-Transferability. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

(d) Delivery. The winner will be required to claim and take delivery of the prize within thirty (30) business days from the date of the Grand Prize Drawing or such person will forfeit such prize. The winner will take delivery at place and time to be selected solely by the Sponsor.

(e) Verification. The winner will not be declared the winner and the prize will not be released to the winner until the winner has complied with these Official Rules and such compliance has been verified by Sponsor. The winner should allow eight (8) to ten (10) weeks for such verification.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The entrants acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, at law or in equity, relative to the prize including but not limited to, its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. The winner acknowledges that the prize will be delivered "AS IS", "WHERE IS", and "WITH ALL FAULTS".

10. Publicity
Use of Personal Information By participating, where allowed by law, all entrants and winners grant the Sponsor and the participating sponsors exclusive ermission to use such person's name, character, photograph, voice, and likeness in connection with the promotion of this and other contests and for other distribution on TV, radio, print, internet, etc. and waive any claims to royalties, rights or compensation
for such use. By participating in the Giveaway, where allowed by law, entrants and winners agree that the Sponsor may disclose personal information obtained from entrants in the Giveaway to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

11. Release

(a) Liability Release. The winner will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of the Prize. Pursuant to the liability release, the winner will agree to hold Sponsor, the vehicle donor and their respective officers, members, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives, as well as their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates harmless against any and all claims or liability, directly or indirectly related to or arising from the winner's participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize .

(b) Forfeiture. If for any reason the prize winner decides not to accept the awarded prize, the winner will be required to sign a release form acknowledging that he or she is forfeiting the prize. It will be at the discretion of the Sponsor if another participant is selected as the winner of the Prize.

(c) Force Majeure. Sponsor shall in no way be liable for events not within the control of the Sponsor, its officers, members, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives, as well as their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Acts of God, strikes, terrorist acts, criminal acts by third parties, inclement weather, shortage of supply and war, insurrection or rebellion. Sponsor will not assume any responsibility for any changes in the execution of the Giveaway, including cancellation of the contest as a result of the occurrence of such events.

(d) Acceptance. Acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes the winner's agreement to release Sponsor and its officers, members, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives, as well as their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, from all liability of any type whatsoever associated with the Giveaway and the winner's ownership and use of the Grand Prize.

(e) Assumption of Risk. The winner acknowledges that no training or instruction of operation will be provided to the winner by the Sponsor or any third party and winner assumes all risk of injury or death to himself/herself and his/her passengers.

(f) Entry Problems. Sponsor, its officers, members, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives, as well as their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, are not responsible for lost, misdirected, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries (where applicable).

12. Sponsor Decisions.
Decisions of Sponsor regarding any aspect of any contest or the Gana y Gana are final. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Giveaway, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Disruptive, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Sponsor will
interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Giveaway and the Sponsor's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Giveaway is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference
or any event beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Gana y Gana Giveaway, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Sponsor deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Sponsor and are final. The Sponsor may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Governing Law.
The Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without reference to its choice of law provisions.

14. Notification.
The Sponsor disclaims any responsibility to notify entrants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Giveaway.

15. Failure to Comply with Official Rules.
The failure of a contestant to comply with these Official Rules may result in a contestant disqualification.

16. Eligibility.
The winner must execute a an affidavit certifying that he or she is eligible to win the Grand Prize and that he or she has complied with all provisions of these Official Rules.

17. Cancellation.
Sponsor has the right to revoke and cease all prize awards to the Giveaway winner due to misconduct and misrepresentation of the winner.

18. Copy of Official Rules.
To receive a copy of these Official Rules or winner information, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to PO BOX 140053, Irving Texas 75014-0053, marked "gana y gana Official Rules." There is a limit one request per outer envelope, and the request must be post-marked no later than March 14th 2011 and received
by Sponsor by March 21st 2011
